Summerland Craftsman

This ocean view house in Summerland was recently purchased by a couple moving to California and they wanted to add a deck and french doors off the Master Suite on the 2nd Floor. We had the new deck engineered to support a spa and created posts and supports below the deck to blend in with the existing Craftsman architecture.

The volume ceiling in the Master Suite was adjusted to create a cozier space with wood beams.
